1. Liability Waiver

Except as otherwise stated in this section, the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purely Positive Dog Training LLC neither assures nor assumes any liability to any person or entity for the proper performance of services. Purely Positive Dog Training LLC does not represent or warrant that the service is complete or free from error, and does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability to any person or entity for loss or damage caused by errors or omissions in the service, whether such errors or commissions result from negligence, accident, or other cause. 

I understand that attendance of dog training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. In consideration of, and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership in this training class, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purely Positive Dog Training LLC, its officers, directors, instructors, agents, employees and/or representatives of any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of mine of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me both in class and out of class.

In addition, I agree that I will defend and indemnify Purely Positive Dog Training LLC for any injury, expense, costs or damages to any dog handlers or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. 

I warrant and represent that I will remain aware of and abide by local laws and public guidance to reduce my exposure to COVID-19 and will follow best practices while attending group classes, including wearing a mask and maintaining six feet of distance. I further warrant that I will not attend classes should I experience any symptoms of COVID-19, have knowledge that I was exposed to COVID-19, or test positive for COVID-19.

I have read the above-stated provisions and agree to accept those responsibilities.

2. Payment Policy

We will miss you if you are unable to attend a class or classes after registration. In order to keep class sizes small, we are unable to refund or discount missed dog training classes. Schedule permitting, we can arrange a 30 minute make up session on the day of your next scheduled class for $25.

There is a $25 fee for moving your enrollment to a different class or a different location.

3. Cancellation Policy

I understand that when I register for a class that space is mine. I understand cancellations on short notice do not provide adequate opportunity for Purely Positive Dog Training LLC to register another student, resulting in financial loss. As such, I understand and acknowledge that if I request to cancel my registration less than 48 hours before the class start date, I will not be refunded any portion of the registration or class fee. 

I further understand that changes in service due to COVID-19 are not grounds for cancellation or refunds and that Purely Positive Dog Training LLC reserves the right to change the mode of service (for example, from in-person to online) or trainer as deemed necessary by Purely Positive Dog Training LLC to deliver services as scheduled.
